Roadmap posts usually turn into inventory plus crypto agility, which is fair, but the hard part is all the weird long tail stuff hdiing in systems.
the part i always wonder about is the handshake glue, not the primitives. do teams really know where the x509 and tls dependencies are, or is this still mostly a spreadsheet exercise?
