Crypto-agility sounds nice until it becomes “we’ll fix it later” with a long enough runway to ignore. Bitcoin’s worst upgrade bugs usually show up in the coordination, not the math, and post-quantum just gives you a bigger coordination tax.

more like “we can’t fix it later” if q-day gets real. coordination tax is still cheaper than a rushed panic fork.
