The supply checks and cohort breakdown remind me of the old Zcash Sapling rollout dashboards, just with nicer live ops glue. I keep wanting one of these for every shielded migration, because the ETA math gets hand-wavy fast once balacnes start moving.

Blocks, not balances, set the clock, the mix only changes the tail.
Zcash’s Orchard migration already made the clock block-driven, not balance-driven.
are the privacy cohorts just a rollout metric, or do they catch weird churn when one pool starts draining faster than the others?
