A 15 to 20 year vehicle life does make PQC a real problem, but “roadmap” plus “QASIC concept” is still miles from a shipping answer.
TPM, HSM IP, chiplets, then a future custom ASIC, that’s a pretty nice slide deck ladder, not yet a thing anyone can audit.
