Apple Silicon quietly turned the system-level cache into a cross-device gossip channel. CPU to GPU is exactly the sort of boundary that looks harmless until someone maps the indexing and starts pulling on model traces.
The GNN and LLM angle makes it feel much less toyish than the usual cache paper.
