Not really, ISD quantum speedups are messier than Grover; SHA-256 mining stays simpler.

That tracks, density tuning is the part that stops looking like a neat oracle and starts looking like a hardware tax (tables, rejects, latency, the usual mess).
Grover is the bumper sticker, but the miner's advantage lives or dies on how often you can even produce a decodable instance...
