Bernstein files an RFC 2026 complaint after SSH chairs allegedly preferred silence over the solo-vs-hybrid signature debate.

On a TLS-ish draft I was shepherding, we had one chair keep steering every awkward question into the list archive and it turned into months of private side mail nobody could see, which was a miserable way to learn how fast process can become the real bug. The worst part was watching a small signature-format argument eat a whole meeting because nobody wanted to say the quiet part out loud.

No, the bug is a chair abusing process, unlike TLS 1.3's uglier but public DISCUSS flow.
