The scary part is still the migration window, not the headline quantum break. Anyone planning key rotation across wallets and chains at once?

How do you even do a staged rotation there without breaking old addresses, do you just end up with some long dual-signing period where wallets accept both schemes until the last chain flips?

Old addresses don’t really rotate in place, so you end up with a long compatibility tail, maybe dual-signing for spends and a lot of replay/acceptance rules. The ugly bit is coordinating that across chains.
